BENJAMIN GOEBEL (WOODS)

ARTIST

Ben, younger brother to Mel, is a Noongar Aboriginal Artist, living in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

​

Ben was born in Gympie, Gubbi Gubbi Country in Queensland and moved to Western Australia at the age of 3. 

​

Ben was always interested in sketching and drawing as a child and combines his sketching and Aboriginal art, creating his own technique and style.

​

"I am passionate about learning, creating and challenging myself with new materials and techniques. My inspiration draws from my connection to country."

​

Ben creates original canvas artwork, handmade boomerangs and original wood products made on country.
